…our successful Fresh partners!

A vision needs people to turn it into a reality…

…at RINGANA we meanwhile have over 60,000 such people – and the number is growing daily. Each of them does incredibly valuable work every single day.
And that’s why we’ve launched “Spotlight on…” – where we put successful and exemplary Fresh Partners and their stories in the limelight. The Fresh Partner chosen for each issue will be able to share their RINGANA story, tips and personal experiences with the RINGANA Community on all of our channels, to give us motivation and inspiration.

Who’s next?

Our choice is not random: our monthly Spotlight will always be on a Fresh Partner who is one of the Climbers of the Month. The requirement to be selected is that the Fresh Partner has reached Target Level 4 at least. In making our choice, we are particularly keen to present you with a Fresh Partner who can be considered as a role model in every respect – be it with regard to their fair and ethical way of working, their function as a mentor, or their personal presentation to the outside world.
